Dubai’s rental registry recorded 3,239 transactions with a total value of AED 705,390,500 USD 192,073,656 .

Conclusion

The registry for 03 April 2026 shows higher volume in renewed contracts, while new contracts contributed more to total value. Non Free Hold properties accounted for the larger share of transactions.

Units remained the dominant property type by volume and value, with flats, offices, and shops forming the core of activity.
