A total of 14,632 rental transactions were registered during the final week of March 2026, with a combined value of AED 17,219,838,795 USD 4,688,222,000 .

Conclusion

The rental registry for the week shows a clear concentration in residential leasing, both in volume and value. Renewals accounted for most transactions, while new contracts carried the larger share of total value.
