Dubai Real Estate Rental Transactions Report Q1 2026

A total of 278,787 rental transactions were registered between 1 January and 31 March 2026, with a combined value of AED 272,624,344,777 USD 74,233,984,858 .

New contracts accounted for a lower share of transactions but carried the majority of value.
