YUCCA ROOT - My Recent Experience for Joint Inflammation

It is sold as a supplement but I would use it the same way one would use prednisone. <div class="pull-right" </div I injured my SI Sacroiliac joint about 10 years ago or so. Badly, actually. It tool 2 years and lots of physical therapy to recover. I have restrictions on carrying weight to this day from this. Well, as you may already know, injured joints are never the same again and tend to have issues years later. Issues like inflammation and arthritis for example. Well, I ended up with inflammation in that joint and it would slip/move while walking. In other worlds, it caused my pelvis to be unstable causing sharp pain and I could feel that joint move. Like a click feeling with a sharp pain. I already use ginger, turmeric, and nettles for my immune disorder so I bumped up the ginger. A week later, still having issues. For me, one 500mg capsule twice a day was just fine for this issue. I plan on keeping this a staple in my herbal medicine cabinet.
